Notice

All colleges who want to publish their merit lists on mumbaiapplication.com should send their merit lists via e-mail to mumbaiapplication@gmail.com in the format prescribed below. Please specify you college name while sending the e-mail.

Announcement

Please find the prescribed format of the tables for the General and category-wise merit lists. This format can be downloaded from mumbaiapplication.com, even without college login. It is kept in 'Circulars' area.

  1. Format is preferably XLS
  2. For this save the file in xls (office 2003) or compatible i.e xls(Microsoft excel 97/2000/XP)
  3. Vista (Microsoft Excel 2007 ) formats will not be acceptable , in order to maintain compatibility and ease of web publishing

The files sent will be converted to HTML and placed on links of college name.

Individual college wise applications received till date have been made available in each college's account. To download the data please login using your college-name and password and click on "Download excel sheet"
Receipts for all successful transactions done until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008 can be seen in 'My Applications' section on www.mumbaiapplication.com. Please check the same & email on fyjc2008@gmail.com if you find any discrepancy. We are issuing receipts for later transactions within an hour of completing the same.
Online Receipts:
More than 25,000 receipts have been placed in MyApplication box of students. Same will also be available to colleges and govt. authorities. You can print the same when called by the college offering admission.


Download facility for collegewise data has been available since 5:00 pm., Monday.
For any doubts/errors in receipt, view your receipt again and communicate on mumbaiapplication@gmail.com

Folllowing data for colleges is being updated(with a maximum delay of say 2 hrs from submission)

  1. Total no of application forms received online in mumbai colleges collegewise
  2. Detail list of all students having applied to the college
  3. Record of each listed student as filled in form including
    1. Transction-id (payment )

    2. Seat no
    3. Board
    4. Year of exam
    5. Stream /option applied for
    6. Category
    7. Marks obtained
    8. Receipt

Further many pending applications have now been issued receipts. All payments received are being acknowledged also in MyApplication


We are back , non-stop since 7-30 PM on saturday..
Huge response even on a holiday. Please remember the system is available till 2nd July , 5 PM. hence making a rush doesnot make sense.
Please take care:

  1. clean up your cookies.
  2. keep your mobile in place where signal is present(at least two sticks)
  3. be patient and dont keep pressing 'submit' keys repeatedly ,
  4. Keep the record of transaction ID sent by sms to you.
  5. Keep copies of reciepts in your record , if you wish. They are any way safe on our servers and backed up every hour. Colleges will also have copies of receipts issued on their beha
