By using the Application Facilitation System (AFS), you accept the following terms and conditions

1. This AFS proposes to retrieves your exam results and name and caste details from the respective results published by several Boards i.e SSC (Maharashtra) CBSE, ICSE, etc . If there is any change after the SSC board has announced the results, e.g you have your caste cerificate dated later or marks revised, it is totally the responsibility of the student to make sure his/her marks are properly reflected in the application.
2. Deputy Director who is sponsoring this Facility has no liability, since this is not compulsory system and nor is the only form of application. Deputy director , Government and any of its employees carry no liability what so ever while facilitating this delivery . Acknowledgement will be issued to you for your application to the institutes selected by you before the relevant application deadline. Deputy director , Government and any of its employees are in no way responsible for any errors/loss of data/delays/negligence on the part of the institutes resulting in any damages to the student or the institute.
