Welcome to Junior College Approval 2008
: Mahadnyaan News in Loksatta newspaper dated 20th October 2008
The software for online approval is still under development & will take some more time. So all the colleges are requested to make the CD for approval details & submit that CD to DYDE during their approval camps.

The software for online approval is still under development & will take some more time. So all the colleges are requested to make the CD for approval details & submit that CD to DYDE during their approval camps.
Online Approval Process Phase:2 Launched on date 26-09-2008
- All colleges are requested to acquire their password. If you have not yet got it, please send an email to mahadnyaan@gmail.com for the same.
- For College Login :
- Click Login on home page of www.mumbaiapplication.com , you will see "College Login" button, Click that.OR
- In the online Approval Block click on "Click Here:For college login".
List of colleges will appear alphabetically, choose your college and click enter. Then enter the password.
- Once you Log in thru College Login, you will see a block on the left : title "Online Approval" , and a link "Click here for Online Approval Form"
- Read Instructions for Data entry in Online Forms Version O.1 This will be updated Constantly.
- Start data entry
- Feedback : Any comments, errors, difficulties , send to mahadnyaan@gmail.com.
Forms for data entry for Approval Process have been uploaded for testing on Friday, 19th, evening.
The forms will be tested by about 10 colleges, at least two each from each of 5 districts.Testing may take a day or two.
Then all colleges will be requested to upload their data online.
A how-to will also be uploaded so that the process will be highly simple.
This will include where you need to upload scanned images, and how to upload the scanned images.This will also show how index will be prepared and page numbers will be generated.
The messages as to when colleges can start data entry , and whether their data is alright etc can be conveyed online on this site, or thru emails sent by you(colleges) or through SMS on your mobile numbers.

- All relevant GRs will be available on www.maharashtra.gov.in

- Password for the Thane and Raigad Districts colleges are given to the DYDE.Please Collect the password from the DYDE.
- Site is not yet open for Approval Process. Approval software is still under testing.We shall come back to you for testing.

- Please get the password from the DYDE for your respected college.
- Login into your college account by using the password given by DYDE.
- How to Login
- Click 'Log in' on home page
- Click "College Login"
- Type first letter of your College name : you will see all colleges listed in alphabetic order
- Use arrow keys to scroll down to your college name.
- click on college name or press 'enter' on keyboard
- And fill up the following College data in your college details as listed below:
- College Medium of Instruction
- College Categories :minority types
- College Details
- College Streams and related details
